I specialise solely in inspecting residential property – not commercial, not land – just flats and houses. I have been working in the residential sector since 1993 so I understand the hopes and fears of buying a home and I understand the problems and pitfalls of residential property. I use this understanding to carry out meticulous, methodical surveys and to produce clear, jargon-free reports.
Independent
As an independent surveyor, I am not under any time constraints or corporate pressure to churn out survey after survey.
This means that I can take more time to conduct a survey thoroughly, to produce detailed and comprehensive reports, and to give a personal and tailored service to my clients.
Personal Service
Being independent, I work for individual clients, not some big corporation.
My job is to advise you, warn you, reassure you and explain to you. For me, surveying is not just about delivering a report, it’s about giving you clarity and advice, and being there to answer your questions and talk things through with you.
